What’s on offer
Clowning, Games and Playfulness sessions (for kids of 7 yrs +). 45 mins.
Comedy Games for Kids (aged 7 -11. Similar to above, only sillier!). 45 mins
Clowning and Playfulness sessions (for groups of adults and kids over 11). 60 mins. This includes a series of games and exercises to release your inner funny bone (and your stress) and to wake up the physical, mental and emotional muscles needed for playfulness and clowning. (No experience or theatrical skills needed)
Clowning for Beginners – one-to-one sessions in playfulness, clowning as well as guidance on any comedy or comic storytelling acts you may wish to develop
Comedy Accent Workshop - World Tour of Accents. A chance to try out various accents from around the world using movement, gibberish, over-acting and basic mimicry. (No professional standards needed – whatsoever!)
Times:
For Kids: Wednesdays 10am - 10:45am (45 mins) but other times are available during lockdown
For Adults: Wednesdays 11am - 12pm (60mins)
Fortnightly 1st and 3rd Friday of each month 10:30am - 11:30am Comedy Accent Workshop (60 mins)
Prices are £10 for a group class and a suggested donation of £5 if you are unemployed.
1-2-1: £40/ hour

About
Ailon Freedman is an artist, comedian, clown and storyteller (secretly disguised as a yoga teacher). He has taught clowning internationally after developing his own humour-based workshops known as ‘Clown Healing’.
Ailon’s workshops combine mindfulness and self-reflection with the process of clowning, in order to develop emotional freedom, physical vitality and mental flexibility (oh yes - and Joy!)
As a performer, Ailon has his own character comedy acts including Trev the Yogic Builder and Reiki Ron, and as a comic storyteller he performs tales from his life as the “Neurotic Jewish Yoga Teacher.”
Ailon also ran a successful corporate wellbeing and teambuilding business for 15 years and has countless hours of facilitation experience in a variety of personal development fields.
