Lee trained as a Sivenanda yoga teacher in 2005, and since then she has been teaching private clients and companies/institutions, which include the London School of Economics, BBC Centre, EMI Music, Wandsworth Prison, Wolf Olins Advertising, River Group Magazine Publishers and Tiger Aspect Productions. Lee also works alongside the charities Aching Arms and Sands, creating physical theatre and storytelling workshops that give voice to those who have experienced miscarriages or stillbirths.
Her nurturing and fluid style of teaching works closely with the breath, strengthening the connection between body and mind. This helps to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and promote physical and mental wellbeing. For those who are currently desk-bound, your spine will inevitably become stronger and more flexible as will the rest of your body.
Her classes are open to anyone of any age or physical capability.

More About LEE
Lee trained in physical theatre at 50. Since then, she has worked with Ockham’s Razor Circus Company, as part of their This Time production, which toured both in the UK and internationally and was a sell-out success at Edinburgh Festival 2019. She also spent four years devising, performing and touring with dance choreographer Maresa Von Stockert’s company Tilted.
Lee also works alongside the charities Sands and Aching Arms (see above). Although she is not a therapist, she found the creative space of physical performance and story telling an intrinsic part of her healing journey after her son was stillborn. It is her passion to share that with others. A short film ‘Do you have Kids’, inspired by Lee’s experience, is due to be premiered in November 2023.
Lee has experience teaching at LISPA (London international school of performing arts), with Embodied poetics and Amy Russell as well as at the Giles Foreman Centre for Acting Soho and one on one training and support.
Lee’s training was in Lecoq-style physical theatre at LISPA with Thomas Prattki and also an intensive Lecoq pedagogy training with Amy Russell and Embodied Poetics. She has studied with many great theatrical clown teachers including Gaulier, Angela de Castro and Dr. Brown.
Lee offers movement workshops to loosen the body and the imagination. This style of somatic work is beneficial to any one who wants to release old fears, resistance, tension and discover something new about themselves. The work can be done in groups or one-to-one.
